for this weeks 20 percent time i was able to finish the lantern that i had began a few weeks ago. the postives and negatives about drawing this lantern is not that hard to come aobut. first off are the negatives, and these are that it was pretty hard to draw something without making an erase mistake. if you make a mistake its a bit hard to erase thin lines because if you erase somthing your not supost to then you might have to start all over agian. the positives is that it wasnt too much work if you just fallow the steps. it was pretty fun and intersting to draw.

During 20% time this week in my web-class i continued using the tutorials for the lantern. my copy of the lantern is still not complete. the tutorials I’m using is a video my teacher showed me during the 20% time. my lantern is coming out the way it looks in the tutorials but its not as easy as it looks when your actually doing it. its not completely done but its almost their. Give me one more day and it should be done. this tutorial has been helping me out in using Google sketch-out.

For this weeks twenty percent time I reviewed a new video for Google sketchup. this video is a type of tutorial that gave me step by step visuals into making a 3 dimensional model of a lantern. the video i reviewed i had gotten it from my teacher during our class, i forgot the name of the video but it really helped out with how i use Google sketchup. i think this video really did help me better myself. I’m still working on the 3 dimensional lantern that I’m drawing and designing with Google sketchup but hopefuly by this next tweny percent time ill have it complete to be viewd.

For this weeks 20% time I continued using Google sketchup. This week I was able to show my work so its viewable to other people on my site. In this picture that I drew it’s of a small house of two stories. I also made the house with 3 dimensional windows and a door as well. Using the tools wasn’t as hard this time as it was the first few times using Google sketchup. After some getting used to it became easier for me to use the tools and draw out this, one out of many, house. Sooner or later it will be easier for me to create other things using the program.

For today’s 20 percent time i learned how to designer my own house. Using Google sketchup has benefited me in the long run because this is something i been waiting to do as a career since the beginning. Goggle sketchup is a great program that will better myself into architecture. using all the tools and tutorials have helped me a lot. learning all the different ways to use Google sketchup has helped alot. Now i can better myself on doing what i want to do. This will really help and make thing easy for me on being able to accomplish my career.

For this week 20% time I continued using the program google sketch up. For the past few weeks I have been using this program and have been designing three dimensional models. models such as houses and computers. i have also continued using the google sketch up tutorials to better myself in using the program. I have tried posting my pictures, there not able to be shown. other then that using the program and using the tutorials I have progressed using google sketch up.

For this weeks 20% time I have finished making most of my pictures and I had started drawing a computer. The computer was a Dell computer, nothing like a laptop. It wasnt that easy but I tried. I also downloaded many of my pictures of the past couple weeks, these are also different from the ones that ive drawn on a regular bases. Drawing with google sketch up is easy but then again it is difficult for starters. Once you get the hang of al the tools you can pretty much come up with anything. For example all kinds of people can draw many interesting thins such as a kitchen and mak it look so real.

During my 20% time in my web class i continue to use google sketchup. many of my pictureswere not able to be uploaded onto this page. i was able to create many different things using htis program. I think this program will soon beneftit me in the long run as a carreer in architecture. it has helped me design many houses and different little buildings that i hope one day will halp me in the long run. i viewd all the tutorials and used all the little icon toolsand these realy made a difernce in making different designs.

In the video up above is Jef Han, a computer scientist from NYU February 2006, he is the founder of this new device below known as the multitouch surface. He designed this device to make things using technology much easier. This is a “Multitouch Surface” that can be used for pretty much anything you can imagine. For example, using both hands and fingers, you can zoom into any picture or video, you can also use the internet and view any city and street you wish. This new invention is used for anything and evrything, for work, school and entertainment all in the comfort of your home and literaly in your own hands. This new product is coming out by the end of 2007, the earliest. This invention is also a similar product like the apple iphone and the mac air. Using this product is very easy, and may cost a lot of money but its worth it.
